Important Information About Your Accommodation
Please read the following information carefully.
After Your Reservation
After making your reservation, you will receive the travel documents by email as soon as possible. Your booking becomes definitive once you have received our confirmation.
Payment and Deposit
The 30% deposit must be paid by bank transfer within five days of the invoice date. Your proof of payment and booking confirmation together constitute the rental agreement.
The security deposit is €250 to €350 and will be refunded within eight days after departure, minus any costs for damage or additional consumption, where applicable. After your return home, please provide us with your bank account details so that we can process the refund promptly.
Key Handover
The local accommodation manager will ensure that your accommodation is ready upon arrival and will be available to assist you during your stay.
Please provide your travel details no later than four weeks before arrival. You will then receive the accommodation manager’s contact details. In case of delay, please inform the manager as soon as possible.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival: between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Departure: before 11:00 a.m. Each arrival day is also a departure day.
Key handover after 11:00 p.m. costs €35, which will be deducted from the security deposit. Any alternative arrival time must be agreed in advance with the accommodation manager.
